Core is urgently seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced LPNs and RNs to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for an 82-year-old female client in South St. Petersburg, FL. The client is bedbound and requires tracheostomy care, G-tube management, oxygen monitoring, and wound VAC monitoring . We are looking for skilled nursing professionals who are comfortable caring for medically complex geriatric patients in a private home setting.

Competitive pay based on experience, license type, and client needs Daily or weekly pay options Direct deposit Health benefits available after 6 months of employment for employees consistently working 30 or more hours per week Bonus opportunities 24/7 access to friendly and supportive staff W-2 employment — no 1099 tax filing Responsibilities Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the client's home Perform tracheostomy care, suctioning, and airway management as ordered Administer G-tube feedings, flushes, and medications as prescribed Monitor oxygen saturation, respiratory status, and vital signs Monitor wound VAC (negative pressure wound therapy) equipment for proper operation, seal integrity, drainage, and alarms Observe wound VAC dressing and surrounding skin for leakage, infection, or other complications Report changes in wound condition or wound VAC function to the clinical team Assist with repositioning, turning, and pressure injury prevention for a bedbound client Recognize and respond appropriately to changes in the client's condition Maintain infection-control and patient safety standards Accurately document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient responses Communicate effectively with the clinical team Follow physician orders, the established plan of care, and Nurse.

Core policies Qualifications Current, unrestricted Florida LPN or RN license Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a supervised setting within the past three (3) years Tracheostomy and G-tube experience required Wound VAC monitoring experience required Experience with oxygen monitoring and respiratory care Geriatric, private duty, or medically complex patient care experience preferred Current CPR/BLS certification Successful completion of required Relias competency and skills assessments AHCA Level 2 Background Screening or ability to obtain Negative TB screening within the past 1 year or chest X-ray within the past 5 years, subject to applicable screening requirements Ability to work independently and provide safe, high-quality nursing care Reliable transportation Availability for Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday day shifts Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements Apply Today!
