Compensation

Hourly pay + overtime opportunities. Starting rate based on experience. We pay training rate from day one — and it goes up as you grow. Goettl has been doing this since 1939. You'll work hands-on alongside experienced, licensed installers every day, building the skills, habits, and knowledge that turn a good worker into a great plumber. No prior plumbing license required — just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the right attitude on every job. Auditor and Service. Titan at job completion Communicate clearly with the lead installer and field supervisor throughout the day Complete coursework and training milestones in the Goettl Academy Career Playbook WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Strong work ethic and genuine willingness to learn residential plumbing installation Ability to take direction and work effectively under a licensed installer Comfortable working in a customer's home — professional, respectful, and on point Basic familiarity with hand tools and job site safety Clean driving record for the last two years + valid driver's license OSHA-10 certification (or willingness to obtain — we support this) Able to pass background and drug screen upon offer Prior experience in plumbing, construction, or the trades is a plus — but not required Apply now.
