Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2023 after spending five years as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation for building a high-producing, culture-driven office. We’re a family-oriented team of three that values positivity, teamwork, and creating an environment where people enjoy coming to work every day.

I graduated from UTD and outside of work I enjoy sports, spending time with my wife, child, and our two dogs, and staying involved in the community through the Garland Animal Shelter and Toys for Kids initiatives. Our team enjoys snacks and coffee in the office, team outings and events, cabin trips to Oklahoma when goals are met, and ambassador travel opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
