Technical Background: Technical education or hands-on experience in a relevant field.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Croatian. Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects effectively. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, a "can do" mentality, teamwork experience, and analytical thinking.
