Learning & Development Manager

The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's learning and development strategy to support organizational growth, leadership effectiveness, and employee development across all company locations. This role oversees leadership development, onboarding, performance development, succession planning, compliance training, and learning initiatives that build employee capability and strengthen organizational performance. The Learning & Development Manager partners with Operations, Human Resources, and department leaders to identify training needs, develop learning programs, and foster a culture of continuous learning that supports the company's mission, values, and strategic objectives.
