1. Provide nursing med check and injection clinics in assigned locations
2. Maintain timely, accurate, and complete chart records.
3. Participate in one monthly consultation/training session with staff psychiatrist.
4. Serve as resource for health care needs and respond to emergency request/situations.
5. Coordinate with other nursing staff regarding the maintenance of medications and supplies.
6. Provide Targeted Case Management services to all assigned individuals to assist with resource coordination and treatment plan review/coordination.

Qualifications

Licensed Registered Nurse All Correct Certifications Valid Mississippi Driver’s License
