Position Overview

Method Co. is seeking a dynamic and highly engaged Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an elevated guest experience across all departments. This individual will serve as a hands-on leader, fostering a culture of hospitality excellence while driving operational performance, team development, and brand consistency.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent, design-aware, and passionate about delivering thoughtful, anticipatory service in a boutique hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Guest Experience Oversee daily hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage (in collaboration with F&B leadership) Maintain exceptional service standards aligned with the brand’s positioning Actively engage with guests to ensure personalized, memorable experiences Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally Ensure all property standards, safety procedures, and brand touchpoints are consistently executed Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and inspire department heads and line-level team members Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence Partner with Talent & Recruitment on hiring, onboarding, and retention initiatives Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations Champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture Financial Performance Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense management Monitor labor costs, productivity, and departmental performance Identify opportunities to drive revenue and enhance profitability Maintain strong cost controls without compromising guest experience Brand & Property Standards Uphold Method Co.
