Pricing Analyst

The Pricing Analyst supports the competitive and compliant pricing of CBRE Gov. Con proposals under the direction of the Director of Pricing. Working from cost models developed by the Estimating team, the Pricing Analyst applies the approved indirect rate structure, supports CLIN pricing architecture development, conducts price-to-win research, and assists in assembling the price/cost volume for submission.

This role is the primary pipeline into the Pricer and Pricing Lead career track and is designed for professionals building depth in Gov. Con pricing methodology, FAR Part 15 compliance, and competitive strategy.
