Protect Each One Consulting LLC is hiring a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Maryland (remote work) to provide trauma-informed mental health services under the supervision of a Board-approved LCSW. This position is ideal for an LMSW seeking to gain clinical hours toward independent licensure while receiving high-quality supervision, mentorship, and support within a growing group practice.

Responsibilities

– Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Provide individual psychotherapy to adults under clinical supervision Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and assist with diagnostic formulation Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with a clinical supervisor Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions (e.

g., CBT, DBT-informed approaches) Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EHR Participate in weekly clinical supervision (individual and/or group) in accordance with Maryland Board of Social Work requirements Adhere to ethical standards, HIPAA compliance, and confidentiality requirements Collaborate with supervisor on case consultation and treatment planning Engage in ongoing professional development and training Preferred Qualifications Experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, or stress-related concerns Interest in working with retired military, first responders, or high-performing professionals and individuals experiencing stress, anxiety and depression.
