Construction/Maintenance Project Manager II

This position provides project management in planning and directing the construction of large scale and/or multiple concurrent complex capital renewal and specialty projects. Projects typically include one or more of the following fields: HVAC, electrical, generator, conveying systems, building envelope systems, life safety systems, interior renovations/modifications, site, and structural elements, etc.
