Deputy Team Leader (National)

The expert will support the Team Leader, manage day-to-day coordination, maintain communication with line ministries and local authorities, monitor work planning and document flow, and support quality tracking across all packages. S/he shall ensure the timely completion and quality of outputs.

Master's degree in civil engineering, project management, construction management, public administration, or a related field. Minimum 17 years of overall professional experience with at least 12 years of relevant professional experience in detailed engineering design for roads, bridges and transportation projects. Experience in at least 3 projects as a Deputy Team Leader 7 years of proven experience working on projects financed by MDB (ADB, the World Bank) or international development partners.

Knowledge of the government’s planning cycle, procurement procedures and financial management mechanisms is essential. Good written and oral communications skills in English.
