Floor Nurse LVN

The Licensed Vocational Nurse is responsible for enhancing the overall Resident and family experience through the provision of the nursing care and leadership required to ensure the health and well-being of residents who depend on Grand Living for assistance. In addition to providing direct care and administering medications to residents who have orders from an attending physician to be admitted for Assisted Living care per state regulations, a Licensed Vocational Nurse is responsible for ensuring the evaluation and clinical competence of assigned nursing personnel, assisted living aides, and medication aides by participation in orientation, education, teaching and supervision of staff through frequent rounding.
