TEACHER If your application status says "application approved" please DO NOT attempt to complete another application. This status means your application is complete and your name is on the invitation list for the annual Job Fair. These Invitations will be sent mid-April. If you did not not complete an application please do so and submit it in order to be considered for any teaching vacancies in your certified field.

This application must be completed, including all required documentation and responses from references by April 16th in order to be eligible for an invitation to the annual Teacher Placement Fair. If you are not currently certified or enrolled in an alternative certification program but are interested in becoming a teacher, please submit a "Teach St.

Tammany Alternative Certification Program" application. Retirees who return to work in an LDOE defined critical shortage area are not eligible to attend the STPPS Job Fair. Retirees will be considered in critical shortage areas after the conclusion of Job Fair. All retirees returning to work must return in an LDOE defined Critical Shortage classroom teaching position.
