- Full-Time Location: Washington, DC (Clinic-Based) Salary: $90,000-$110,000 annually + full benefits, $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS!

Why You'll Love This Role Clinic-based setting: All services provided in one preschool-style location Consistent caseload: 6-7 children per BCBA with strong administrative and clinical support A stable, well-organized environment where schedules are reliable A warm team culture: Collaboration where everyone truly supports one another Comprehensive benefits package: (Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and more) Clinical Growth: Opportunities to grow as a clinician and expand into leadership roles Your Role & Impact Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide supervision and support to RBTs in a collaborative, hands-on setting Work closely with families and multidisciplinary team members Monitor progress through data analysis and adjust programming as needed Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with professional and ethical standards What You Bring Active BCBA certification in good standing One year of experience providing ABA services to children preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills We’re looking for someone who is not only clinically strong, but also values consistency, teamwork, and creating a positive environment for both clients and staff .
