Job Description Assemble customer meals and snacks, including late orders, according to portion standards. Deliver meals and snacks and provide courteous meal service. Collect soiled trays, crockery, and utensils after each meal service. Conduct meal accuracy checks. Facilitate customer menu selections. Participate in in-house catering and special event setup.

Wash, sanitize, and store utensils, containers, and crockery. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, equipment, and service counters per food safety and Infection Control standards. Replenish supplies and verify stock levels as directed. Receive, label, and arrange food items and supplies in storage areas. Report equipment malfunction, safety concerns, or food quality issues promptly.

Provide courteous and responsive service to patients, visitors, and hospital staff. Record meal service data and simple operational documentation. Comply with Halal, food hygiene, and hospital safety standards in all tasks. Operate meal distribution equipment, and cleaning tools safely. Follow shift-closing procedures, including area cleaning, waste segregation, and equipment shutdown.

Job Requirement Minimum SPM or equivalent qualifications.
