WHAT YOU'LL DO

– Greet every guest with a good attitude and provide fast, accurate service – Take orders and process payments correctly through the POS system – Prepare and serve food that meets Hardee's quality standards — every order, every time – Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift – Handle guest concerns professionally and communicate issues to your manager – Work with your team to set up and break down the restaurant each shift – Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures without exception – Show up on time, in uniform, and ready to contribute GROWTH & CROSS-TRAINING – Cross-train in front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, and prep — we build your skills – Demonstrated reliability and teamwork opens the door to a lead position – Long-term advancement opportunities within STM Enterprises for the right people

Requirements

Prior experience is preferred but not required; Flexible schedule; Customer Service-Oriented; Reliable transportation; Comfortable working on your feet for full shift; Reliable and hardworking; Work in a fast pace enviroment
