Technician IV-Pressroom

Individuals in the Pressroom ensure accurate and timely stamping, blanking and/or forming of material from the warehouse which are then delivered to the appropriate department by Work Order instruction. The production of trunnions, bands, latches, bent/wrapped bolts, bridges, brackets, handles, etc. for future work in the Bending/Rolling/Assembly departments.

Duties and Responsibilities

for this Position include, but are not limited to: Operating hydraulic punch presses while completing parts to Work Order/Blueprint specifications, completing required documentation (written/data entry), checking parts for quality by use of provided equipment (dial calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, blue laser, etc.)

, developing new parts for production and completing quick die changes for future production. Minimum Requirements Basic Reading/Writing Comprehension Basic Understanding and Use of Computers Beginning to Intermediate level experience with machinery and/or manufacturing Individuals must meet established Company Quality/Production Standards Work Environment 2nd Shift
