Position: Accounts Receivable & Payable Clerk (Full Time) Primary Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable Daily processing of customer invoices Record customer payments and maintain accurate A/R records Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past due balances and resolve billing discrepancies A/R Reports Accounts Payable Review & Receive Vendor invoices Resolve billing discrepancies Process vendor payments by ACH & check Reconcile accounts as assigned Communicating effectively and professionally with both customers & vendors, both on the phone and through email File and maintain documents in an organized manner Weekly reporting of metrics Maintaining a clean and professional office space Any other duties as assigned by the company Candidate Qualifications: Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and meet deadlines. At least one year of experience in A/R & A/P preferred Good computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn accounting and business software. Clean and Professional Appearance Must align with Action’s core values and company culture High School diploma or equivalent required Hours are 7a.
