Job Type: Full-time, On-site Location: Brik Oven, Doddaballapura CK Department: Kitchen Operations Summary Brik Oven is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis 3 to join our kitchen team at Doddaballapura CK. The candidate will assist in daily kitchen production, with a focus on bread baking, dough preparation, pastry making, and cheese-based preparations.

The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of bakery operations, food safety, ingredient handling, and kitchen hygiene, along with a willingness to learn and grow in a professional kitchen environment. Assist in preparing and baking different varieties of bread and bakery products. Support dough preparation, mixing, kneading, proofing, shaping, and baking.

Assist in preparing pastries, desserts, and other bakery items as per standard recipes. Handle cheese-based preparations, including portioning, grating, storage, and basic food preparation. Follow standard recipes, measurements, and preparation procedures to maintain consistent quality. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, bakery section, equipment, and workstations.

Ensure proper storage, labelling, and rotation of ingredients and prepared products. Follow food safety standards and minimise food wastage. Assist senior chefs and kitchen team members with daily production and other assigned tasks.
