Associate, Data Research

The Associate, Data Research supports commercial real estate research and analytics by organizing and analyzing economic, financial, lending, and market data. This role translates findings into clear market intelligence, risk analysis, forecasts, models, visual content, and research materials that inform business decisions.

The Associate maintains research tools and databases, monitors national and local market conditions, contributes to presentations, reports, webinars, podcasts, and other communications, and reviews deliverables for accuracy and consistency. The role also helps strengthen repeatable research processes across the Research Group.
