Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2020 and is a close-knit team of three focused on building strong relationships and delivering meaningful service to our customers. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 13 years working in State Farm corporate, which gave me a strong foundation in the business and a customer-first mindset.

I’m a proud parent of two high schoolers, and family plays a big role in both my personal life and how I run the office. We stay very active in the community through involvement with the Chamber, local Uptown events like movie nights, and organizations such as the Animal Rescue League. Giving back and staying connected locally is something we truly value.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
