Product Manager, ACO

As the Product Manager, Sound Accountable Care Organization (ACO), you will spearhead accountable care organization (ACO) projects; drive the implementation of provider, practice, and facility technologies and workflows; and manage technology vendors via product roadmaps that contribute to the success of Sound ACO and Telemedicine Post-Acute services.

You will be the key liaison between stakeholders and the product team, ensuring clear and concise communication across all levels of the organization and externally with our technology partners.
