Move Manager

Move Manager We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Move Manager to coordinate and oversee all aspects of residential and commercial relocations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong project management abilities, and a customer-focused approach to ensure smooth and efficient moves.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of moving projects from start to finish. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the moving process. Develop detailed moving plans and timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule. Coordinate with movers, vendors, and other service providers to ensure seamless execution.

Conduct pre-move assessments and walkthroughs to identify potential challenges and requirements. Manage inventory and oversee packing, loading, transportation, and unpacking activities. Resolve any issues or delays promptly to minimize disruption and maintain customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of move details, expenses, and client communications.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all moving activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in move management, relocation coordination, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected challenges effectively. Familiarity with moving industry standards, equipment, and safety protocols.

Proficient in using project management and scheduling software. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
