Customer Service I Representative

Covia is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative I who will have a positive impact on our team located in the Charlotte, NC area. The Customer Service Representative I is responsible for efficiently and accurately processing orders, executing defined policies and procedures and advising customers of any changes or impact to their expectations.

The CS Rep I will manage all customer orders as assigned in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
