🔑 Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do) Assist customers and technicians at the parts counter and via phone/email Identify correct OEM and aftermarket parts using catalogs & systems Process parts orders, quotes, invoices, and transactions Manage special orders, backorders, and customer follow-ups Handle core returns, warranty claims, and parts returns Cross-sell and upsell parts and accessories Support inventory control, stocking, and organization Maintain a clean, efficient, and customer-focused parts department Work closely with Service Department and Parts Manager ✅ Qualifications Prior automotive parts advisor / parts counter / dealership parts experience required Knowledge of auto parts catalogs, inventory systems, and dealership operations Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset Weekend availability required 📅 Schedule Full-Time position 5–day work week Weekend availability required 📍 Location Westbury Jeep – VIP Automotive Group Westbury, NY 🚀 Apply Today Join a high-performing automotive dealership team where you can grow your career in parts sales and operations.
