• Incident, Request, Change and Problem Management
• Platform Monitoring and optimization
• Configure resources, settings on newly installed services
• Configure file systems and necessary packages to support Microsoft Fabric
• Install and configure server, agents, Fabric workspace, lakehouse, and pipelines
• Resolve service health issues, tune server level settings for optimum performance
• Platform team does smoke test of all the deployed services to ensure cluster is fully up and functional
• Manage Migration between the environments
• Manage job failures due to memory, space, bad data, code issue etc.
• Infrastructure maintenance and upgrade/fix packs
• New Applications on-boarding
• License Management
