Job Summary

The Finance Manager is responsible for all financial activities and financial operations of the Housing Authority of the City of Old Town, including but not limited to bookkeeping, accounting, and fiscal reporting.Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, processing large sums of cash, projecting cash flow, investing funds, preparing budgets and requests for funds, verifying deposits, handling accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

This position requires specific expertise in areas of accounting, procurement, disposition, budgeting, investments, and developing knowledge of all relevant contracts, grants, and regulations of various programs.
