Product Support Service Representative, Industrial and Marine Engine

As the Product Support Sales Representative, Industrial and Marine Engine (EPG-PSSR), you will provide exceptional customer service by promoting sales of service agreements for the Commercial Service and Engine Service Department. You will be both a salesperson and consultant for customer accounts. This position will be charged with covering the assigned territory and establishing and maintaining customer relationships that focus on winning both immediate service needs and long-term maintenance agreements.

You will also participate in quality customer service activities designed to enhance sales volume and excel in customer satisfaction.
