Birth-Grade 2 SWD Certified or LMSW ABA Provider

Little Masters Development Center is seeking compassionate, motivated professionals who want more than just a job—they want to grow, make an impact, and build a career in ABA. You'll work with toddlers (ages 2–3) in early intervention, providing play-based ABA services in either our center-based program or home-based setting.

Currently, we are looking to provide services for young children in the Far Rockaway area of Queens. Required Qualifications:

• Birth–Grade 2 Certification or LMSW
• Passion for working with young children
• Reliable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Willingness to learn and follow clinical guidance Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field
• Previous ABA experience (not required—we provide comprehensive training) What You'll Do:
• Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision
• Provide 1:1 therapy or support structured small-group sessions
• Collect and record data accurately
• Collaborate with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs
