Remote - Triage RN On-Call

m., which is why we’re looking for a Remote Triage On Call RN to step in when patients need you most. Someone w ho can bring comfort, confidence, and clinical expertise to patients and caregivers from the comfort of home. This fully remote, 7-on 7-off position is perfect for an RN who enjoys using their clinical judgment, providing compassionate guidance, and helping patients and families navigate the challenges of hospice care.

You'll be responsible for answering after-hours calls, assessing patient symptoms over the phone, providing appropriate clinical guidance, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, and determining when an in-person visit is necessary.
