Melting Supervisor

This role will be responsible for supervising wheel Processing operations and maintenance employees on shift (days, afternoons, or nights) ensuring safety, quality, and productions targets are met. The position will need to drive predictive, preventative, and pre-emptive maintenance to reduce downtime. This position will need to mobilize the trades and related support for all breakdowns to ensure quick, safe, and efficient work is being performed. Responsible for 10 - 15 employees.
