Sales & Service Coodinator

Do you enjoy helping people and keeping things organized? We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Sales & Service Coordinator to support our service and sales teams and help create a great experience for every customer.

You’ll be one of the first people our customers speak with or see when they visit the dealership. You’ll answer calls, schedule service appointments, greet customers, and connect them with the right team members.

What you’ll do:

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments.
• Gather customer and vehicle information and document the reason for each service visit.
• Follow up with customers about appointment reminders and missed appointments.
• Greet sales customers and visitors as they arrive at the dealership.
• Direct customers to the appropriate salesperson or department.
• Answer general questions and provide information about dealership hours and services.
• Notify sales staff when appointments or walk-in customers arrive.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
• Keep customer records and appointment information accurate and up to date.
• Assist the sales and service teams with administrative tasks as needed.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• A friendly, professional phone manner and welcoming personality.
• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling systems.
• Dependability and attention to detail.
• Previous customer service, receptionist, call center, or automotive dealership experience is a plus.
