Job description
The Field Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating safety, technical, and operational training programs for Power. Grid Services employees. This role serves as a subject matter expert and coach in field operations, ensuring employees are trained to perform their duties safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The Field Trainer will regularly observe employees in field environments, assess work practices, verify competency, and provide both classroom and hands-on instruction. This position also supports incident investigations and may be called upon to assist with storm restoration efforts and other operational needs.
