Senior Product Manager, Software Solutions

The Senior Product Manager of Software Solutions is responsible for defining and managing the roadmap of MSD’s software products to enhance customer experience on MSD’s analytical platforms. The position owns the full lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, and deprecation. Essential to the role will be building a deep understanding of how customers currently utilize MSD software and opportunities to enhance their experience, then translating insights into requirements for future releases.

The role requires a high degree of cross-functional partnership to develop industry-leading solutions and deploy them to the field with high-touch training and support.
