Sales Agent / Manager

SLX INSURANCE AGENCY is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Agent / Manager to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $20 to $30 per hour, along with opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization. Job Overview:•••• IF NOT LICENSE WE WILL PROVIDE TRAINING AND LICENSING COURSE•••••• As a Sales Agent / Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, generating leads, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets.

You will also have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of sales agents to drive performance and achieve company goals.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones

• Conduct cold calls, follow up on leads, and schedule appointments to meet with potential clients
• Educate customers on various insurance products and services offered by the company
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and objectives
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to managementRequirements:
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building and motivation
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus
