Senior SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Solution Architect

We're looking for a Senior SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Solution Architect to join our team in Cyprus in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will drive end-to-end architecture and transformation strategies around SAP’s cloud ERP solutions. Your work will enable clients to adopt Clean Core principles, ensure upgrade-safe extensibility, and maximize the business value of SAP investments.

Responsibilities

Define SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud target architecture aligned with best practices Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops to ensure business alignment with SAP standards Drive Clean Core adoption strategies for system integrity and upgrade readiness Establish extensibility and integration principles, leveraging SAP BTP capabilities Design side-by-side extension frameworks using SAP BTP Extension Suite Lead initiatives for business process standardization and governance models Develop SAP BTP adoption roadmaps supporting innovation initiatives Define security and compliance architecture across the SAP landscape Oversee SAP Activate implementation methodology Collaborate with enterprise and transformation teams to drive successful delivery Requirements 8+ years of experience with SAP ERP and enterprise transformation programs Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP Activate methodology Proven ability to run Fit-to-Standard workshops and apply SAP Best Practices In-depth knowledge of Clean Core concept and extensibility strategies Experience in enterprise and solution architecture, including SAP BTP design Understanding of integration patterns and event-driven architecture Familiarity with SAP Central Business Configuration and governance models Knowledge of security and compliance requirements within ERP solutions Nice to have Exposure to SAP Integration Suite and BTP extension services Familiarity with SAP AI Foundation, Joule, and SAP Build tools Experience with SAP Cloud ALM for lifecycle management Knowledge of LeanIX and SAP Signavio for business process optimization Understanding of RISE with SAP offerings
