Game Design SME

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Game Design SME (Subject Matter Expert) based in Brazil . This role offers an opportunity to shape the design systems behind interactive learning experiences by transforming existing game engines and visual templates into scalable, reusable frameworks.

You will combine visual design expertise, gameplay systems thinking, and technical documentation to create configurable solutions that support efficient content development. Working across design, art, and engineering disciplines, you will establish consistent visual standards and intuitive gameplay experiences. You will help translate complex subject matter into engaging visual interactions, progression systems, and meaningful feedback mechanisms.

The role requires independent decision-making, strong technical direction, and a focus on usability and design quality. As a remote contractor, you will contribute to innovative projects in a collaborative, delivery-focused environment.
