Plant Manager

The Plant Manager is responsible for leading all operations within the vehicle assembly plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and high quality production. This role directly oversees production, maintenance, and manufacturing engineering and coordinates closely with leadership from supply chain quality and human resources on all continuous improvement initiatives.

The Plant Manager drives operational excellence, fosters an engaged and capable workforce, and ensures the plant meets customer, financial, and regulatory requirements.
