Maintenance Technician

Qualifications

2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Basic computer skills required, including experience using CMMS/work order management software Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely Ability to read basic blueprints, manuals, and work instructions Good problem-solving skills Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team Good communication skills Strong attention to safety Job Duties: Maintain accurate work orders and maintenance records using maintenance software/CMMS systems Respond to and troubleshoot building, equipment, and facility maintenance issues in a timely manner Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility, including minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

Conduct routine inspections of machinery, equipment, and the facility to identify maintenance needs Assist with installation, setup, and minor repair of equipment as needed Perform general labor and outdoor maintenance tasks, including grounds and facility upkeep Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment Benefits: Paid holidays Vacation Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans 401k retirement plan with company match Overtime available 1st Shift Monday
