We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Chatham, United States location.

As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the Chatham area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, values customer satisfaction, and enjoys the flexibility of a dynamic delivery role. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize fuel consumption Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and delivery confirmations Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers courteously and addressing any questions or concerns Inspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks Handle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition Navigate local Chatham streets and neighborhoods with confidence and precision Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or customer issues Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes Must pass a comprehensive Motor Vehicle Record Check and criminal background check Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly Familiarity with the Chatham area or willingness to quickly learn local geography Reliable transportation and commitment to punctuality Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for customer service Preferred: Experience in delivery, logistics, or customer-facing roles Preferred: Knowledge of GPS navigation systems and route optimization BENEFITS Flexible Hours Competitive wages Earn tips daily Paid mileage Employee discount on all food items Advancement opportunities Paid Training FULL TIME DRIVERS BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage Flexible Spending Accounts Ability to contribute to a 401(k) All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
