Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Monday

• Friday 8a-5p; scheduled hours may very within this timeframe; one day until 6p, Fridays off at 4p. You will work at UW Health N. Required At least two years experience in individual and/or group casework. Preferred Licenses & Certifications LCSW license or LCPC. Required Current license from the State of Illinois. Required Must possess a current, valid driver’s license issued by the individual’s state of residence. Required Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
