Position Summary

Functions as a staff nurse under the guidance and supervision of an experience# R.N. Performs routine patient care assignments and carries out established# nursing procedures utilizing the nursing process.

Qualifications

Education

1. Hold a current Texas permit or license as a Registered Nurse (RN) upon# hire#
2. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association# (AHA) certification required upon hire#
3. Advanced Cardial Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart# Association (AHA) within six (6) months of hire#
4. Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) or Trauma Nursing Core Course# (TNCC) within twelve (12) months of hire (class selection dependent on# director assignment)
5. Bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) preferred. B. Training and Experience:
