Licensed Clinician Location: Whitman Counseling Center Schedule: Fee For Service Hourly LMHC, LICSW, LMFT: $37-$43 Hourly PH.D, Psy. What You’ll Do: Provide high-quality, client-centered individual therapy (in-person and via telehealth) to a diverse outpatient caseload. Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain timely clinical documentation. Provide a minimum of 8 client contact hours per week. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.

Uphold the highest clinical standards in accordance with BAMSI, DPH, DMH, and CARF regulations. What You Bring: Licensure: Current, independent Massachusetts license as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Ph.D., or Psy.D. required.

Education

Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical field. Skills: Sensitivity to cultural diversity. Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible caseload.
