Delivery Lead

Mō te tūranga | About the role We’re looking for Delivery Leads to shape and drive digital product portfolios across Fulton Hogan Group IT. You’ll shape and drive a digital product portfolio, making sure priorities are clear and delivery creates real business value. These opportunities sit across three portfolios: Projects and JV’s, Finance, and HSQES (Health Safety, Quality, Environment and Sustanability).

Each role sits in a different portfolio, so the day-to-day focus will vary depending on the products and business needs it supports. You’ll work side by side with Product Owners, engineers, business analysts, QA and subject matter experts to turn strategy into clear priorities, practical delivery plans and measurable outcomes.

Ngā tino kawenga mahi | Key role responsibilities Set a clear mission, vision and roadmap for your portfolio, aligned to business stream strategy, the wider digital roadmap and quarterly planning outcomes. Prioritise work across new capability, technical debt, risk and lifecycle needs to make sure the portfolio delivers real business value.

Lead cross-functional delivery teams’ day to day, helping create clarity on priorities, scope, success measures and delivery cadence. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, represent customer needs and communicate priorities, trade-offs, risks and progress clearly. Use product, delivery and performance metrics to track outcomes, guide decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Kei te kimi mātou i tētahi e whai ana i ēnei pūkenga | We’re looking for someone with Strong experience in product management, digital delivery or similar roles, with a track record of business results. Demonstrated experience in a relevant portfolio or product domain is essential. Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, iterative delivery environments.

Strong prioritisation, decision-making and stakeholder management skills. Confident communicator who can work across technical and business audiences. Proactive, collaborative and accountable, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
