Scribe - Cardio Clinic

General Summary: The scribe under the supervision of the physician/mid-level provider, assists in documentation of the medical chart of each patient during office visits and office procedures. Transcribes verbal orders for labs, imaging, medications and surgical procedures as directed by the provider. Assists in the office as deemed necessary by the physician/mid-level provider and under the direction of the manager.
