Job Description: Lead and develop the portfolio strategy for China consumer health care (CHC) portfolios.

​ Analyzes the relevant CHC portfolio, market, and competitors to develop GTM plans and storytelling that drive category growth (consumer skin care & consumer first-aid) ​ Portfolio Management/LCM, owning the profit center business results including topline sales, std GM% as well as pricing. ​ CHC portfolio NPI Pipeline & Launch: ​ Understands consumer behavior and identifies unmet needs, to lead local NPIs and influence global team in product global innovation.
