We are looking for a professional who takes ownership of their cases, values collaboration, and thrives in an environment that prioritizes quality care, clinical integrity, and strong support systems—not overwhelming caseloads or micromanagement.
If you are confident in your clinical decision-making, committed to excellence, and looking for a flexible opportunity with a supportive clinician-led team, we would love to connect with you.
Position Overview:
As a BCBA, you will oversee the full clinical process for your assigned clients—from assessments and treatment planning to supervision and parent training. You will play a key leadership role in ensuring services remain individualized, data-driven, and focused on meaningful progress.
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee implementation of treatment plans to ensure clinical accuracy and consistency
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and ongoing support to Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs)
- Analyze client progress data and make appropriate program modifications
- Conduct parent training to support carryover and generalization of skills
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with company and funding-source requirements
- Manage caseloads independently while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism
- Collaborate with families and team members to ensure effective service delivery
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Minimum of 2–3 years of ABA experience working with children with autism and developmental needs preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to independently manage cases and meet deadlines consistently
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Experience with data collection and electronic documentation systems required
- Familiarity with the Rethink platform is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation: $90–$100/hour
- Flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance
- Supportive and responsive clinical leadership
- Streamlined systems designed to reduce administrative burden
- Opportunities for professional growth and advancement
- A collaborative environment that values ethical, high-quality ABA services
- Autonomy and respect for your clinical expertise
Who You Are:
- Reliable, professional, and accountable
- Passionate about delivering meaningful outcomes for children and families
- Organized and proactive in managing responsibilities
- Clinically confident and adaptable
- A strong mentor and team collaborator
- Committed to ongoing growth and excellence in the field
