Accounting AI Intern We are looking for a forward-thinking and detail-oriented Accounting AI Intern to support our finance team in leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and automation technologies. This role blends foundational accounting knowledge with emerging digital tools, offering hands-on experience in modernizing finance processes, improving reporting accuracy, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying opportunities to automate accounting processes such as reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting Support the implementation and testing of AI-driven tools for finance and accounting workflows Analyze financial data using AI and analytics tools to generate insights and support decision-making Document existing accounting processes and recommend improvements through automation and AI solutions Assist in developing dashboards and reports using data visualization tools Support data cleaning, validation, and preparation for analytics and AI applications Collaborate with accounting and IT teams on system enhancements and integrations Research emerging AI tools, trends, and best practices relevant to finance and accounting Provide support during month-end and year-end closing activities as needed Qualifications & Requirements Educational Background Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field Skills & Competencies Basic understanding of accounting principles (e.
