The Role As a Guest Service Representative, you assist guests with check ins, check outs, reservations, and daily service needs. • Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service
• Assist with check ins, check outs, room assignments, and reservations
• Answer guest questions and resolve issues promptly
• Operate the front desk system and process payments
• Communicate with housekeeping and other departments
• Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner
• Handle guest requests and escalate concerns when needed
