• Conciliar los saldos intercompañía con respecto a los gastos de reclamaciones y uniformes.
• Control de papeles de trabajo para validar los gastos de supplies, uniformes y reclamaciones.
• Seguimiento a las provisiones de los gastos, con el fin de mostrar el correcto saldo en el estado de resultados.
• Realizar el procedimiento de fin de mes relacionados con las provisiones de reclamaciones, uniformes y supplies en la contabilidad.
• Realizar conciliaciones mensuales de los saldos de las provisiones antes mencionadas, con la finalidad de evitar impactos significativos en el estado de resultados y balance general.
• Comunicación, y trabajo en equipo con clientes internos sitiados en América Latina y US.
• Trabajo de proyectos de la Gerencia. 1 a 3 años de experiencia en contabilidad. Licenciado/a de Contabilidad Inglés al menos intermedio Excel intermedio – Microsoft PowerPoint – Power Bi deseable Experiencia en empresas multinacionales Experiencia en conciliaciones de gastos Experiencia en operaciones y saldos intercompañía ERP Oracle, preferible Precisión y atención al detalle.
